Chris "All-Star" Tolbert has a highly measurable, results oriented training philosophy that has been proven to work for clients for almost a decade. It is based on being dedicated to excellence. He is truly a full time coach, not just a trainer, that helps provide strategy regarding mental conditioning as well as support.

All clients will have an overall program design that emphasizes strengthening of the core - most sessions include a lot of work on the abdominals (including transverse plane work to strengthen inner and outer obliques) as well as the lower lumbar. Additionally, a lot of functional training is performed during most sessions which simulate activities that are performed in daily life.
