About Chris "All-Star" Tolbert

Chris has been training clients professionally for over seven years. He has garnered experience in corporate gyms such as Equinox (where he spent two years and took several courses including anatomy and kinesiology and bio-mechanics) as well as New York Health and Racquet Club - where he is currently a "Master" level trainer and has been training many of Wall Street's top names for the last five years. Chris also has an extensive private client base. Additionally, for almost two years, Chris has been a personal trainer here at Mandarin Oriental.

Chris "All-Star" Tolbert works with clients toward achievement of fitness goals such as: weight loss, core stability, strength increase, increase in muscle tone and definition, augmentation of muscle to body fat ration, and increase in lean muscle mass. Extensive program design is customized for each client encompassing weight resistance training, cardiovascular activity, and diet.
