Weight Loss & Muscle to Body Fat Augmentation

This process incorporates a lot of compound movements and interval training. Principally using a timed approach to cardiovascular based, weight resistance sessions, candidates for this program tackle challenging routines that help them achieve their weight loss goals while increasing muscle tone and definition. A moderate to light weight, high repetition style of training is implemented. Additionally, in a effort to develop a healthier lifestyle, clients' diets are closely monitored.

Boxing/Kickboxing

Intense cardiovascular exercise that strengthens the core and improves balance, stamina, and coordination - boxing gloves, focus pads, speed bags, and heavy bags are used during these exciting circuits.

Increase of Muscle Mass

This process typically entails a lot of heavy lifting. Big loads and fewer repetitions are favored and isometric movements are featured as opposed to compound movements. Additionally, a high calorie diet that emphasizes protein intake is recommended.

12 Week Beach Body Course

This is an intense 12-week program that focuses on rapid muscle to body fat augmentation. Custom Program Design is oriented around the goal of making sure that she is "peaking" on that special day. We have the target date, and begin to work immediately toward the achievement of our goals upon reaching that major milestone.

Marathon/Triathlon Prep

The marathon/triathlon prep program is designed to help clients both increase their muscular and cardiovascular conditioning, and improve their race times and performance. Additionally, a lot of core work is done, and there is an emphasis on augmenting the muscle to body fat ratio.

Sports-Specific Training

The Factory specializes in putting together program design that concentrates on helping clients improve their performance in a chosen sport. This range includes contact sports such as football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and rugby to individual sports like golf, tennis, and skiing.
